隱私權政策

適用對象：歌斐木有限公司內部營運系統（ERP）之 Google 整合工具

一句話說明：本應用程式是歌斐木有限公司自建 ERP 的附屬工具，僅供公司內部人員使用、不對外提供服務。它讀寫的是公司自己的 Google Drive 檔案與 Google Tasks 待辦事項，資料只存在公司自有的電腦上，不提供、不販售、不分享給任何第三方。

1. 本應用程式的性質與使用對象

本應用程式為歌斐木有限公司內部營運系統（ERP）之附屬工具，用途是把公司既有的 Google Drive 與 Google Tasks 資料同步進 ERP。

2. 存取的 Google 資料範圍與用途

本應用程式僅向 Google 請求下列兩項權限，兩者各自獨立授權、各自獨立撤銷：

Google 服務權限範圍（Scope）實際用途
Google Drive https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive 存取公司自有之工程文件與標案附件（例如施工照片、圖說、報價單、投標與決標文件），用於歸檔：由 ERP 依案件自動建立資料夾、上傳與整理檔案，並把 Drive 上的檔案連結回填到 ERP 的案件記錄中。
Google Tasks https://www.googleapis.com/auth/tasks 同步公司內部代辦事項至 ERP：讀取公司 Google Tasks 清單中的工作項目，於 ERP 中對應到案件與負責人，並在 ERP 內完成或更新時回寫狀態。

說明：Google 將 auth/drive 列為受限範圍（restricted scope）。本應用程式之所以需要完整的 Drive 範圍，是因為歸檔流程必須在公司既有的資料夾結構中建立子資料夾、上傳檔案並讀取既有附件，無法以僅限本應用程式建立之檔案的較窄範圍完成。本應用程式不會讀取與上述歸檔用途無關的個人檔案，也不會對 Drive 內容做任何分析、剖析或廣告用途的處理。

本公司不會將透過本應用程式取得的任何資料提供、販售、出租、交換或分享給任何第三方。

唯一的例外為法律強制要求之情形（例如法院裁定、檢調機關依法定程序之調取）；若發生此類情形，本公司將在法律允許的範圍內處理，並僅提供法令要求之最小必要範圍。

5. 如何撤銷授權

授權的 Google 帳戶擁有者可隨時自行撤銷本應用程式的存取權限，方式如下：

  1. 前往 Google 帳戶（myaccount.google.com）。
  2. 點選左側的「安全性」。
  3. 找到「你與第三方應用程式和服務的連結」（部分版本顯示為「第三方應用程式存取權」）。
  4. 選取本應用程式，點選「移除存取權」。

撤銷後，本應用程式將立即無法再存取該帳戶的 Google Drive 與 Google Tasks 資料。若需一併刪除先前已同步至本公司電腦上的資料，請以下方聯絡信箱提出，本公司將於收到請求後刪除，並以電子郵件回覆確認。

7. 本政策之修訂

本公司如修訂本政策，將更新本頁並同步更新下方之最後更新日期。因本應用程式僅供內部使用，修訂將直接通知授權之帳戶擁有者。

Privacy Policy (English summary)

This application is an internal component of the ERP system operated by Gopherwood Co., Ltd. (Business Registration No. 89144515, Taoyuan City, Taiwan). It is used solely by the company's own staff and is not offered as a service to the public.

Google data accessed. Google Drive (auth/drive) — to archive the company's own engineering documents and tender attachments into project folders and to link those files back into the ERP. Google Tasks (auth/tasks) — to synchronise the company's internal to-do items into the ERP and write status back.

Storage. All synchronised data and OAuth credentials are stored only on computers owned by the company, with file permissions restricted to the owner. Nothing is uploaded to any third-party server or hosting platform.

Sharing. We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share this data with any third party, and we do not use Google user data for advertising or for training artificial intelligence or machine learning models. Disclosure occurs only where compelled by law, limited to the minimum required.

Revoking access. Go to Google Account → Security → Your connections to third-party apps & services → select this app → Remove access. To also have previously synchronised data deleted, email us at the address below.
